By placing an order you give us a commission to prepare a personalized astrological graphic with the design presented in detail on this site, to print it, and to package and dispatch the print to your address. Our commission is completed when handing your order to the postal service.
For us to be able to accept your commission, every detail of the item and the delivery, and an email address has to be given by you on the order-form you can enter by clicking on ‘ORDER’ in the menu.
After placing your order you will receive an instant auto-respond by email. Then we will carefully check if we have every information we need to prepare your item, and in case something is missing or ambiguous we will contact you on email to clarify the details so please make sure the address you give is correct. Once we have everything clear we will send you a detailed confirmation email including the final costs and the bank account number we are awaiting your payment.
You are entitled to cancel your order any time until your payment is done. Please read the confirmation email very carefully to be sure that every detail is correct, because after payment we cannot accept changes of the data your print will be based on anymore. If we do not receive your payment in 14 days after sending our confirmation, your order will be automatically cancelled.
We accept payment only via bank transfer in USD. In case of making a transfer from a bank account in a different currency please make sure that the full amount arrives in USD to our account. We do not take on any additional charges caused upon conversion of your transfer. Please note that a trasfer can take up to 3-5 days to arrive.
A commission is only taken and the preparing of your item only begins after we receive the total amount of your confirmed order costs on our bank account. With your payment arriving to our account our contract gets valid, and you cannot withdraw the commission anymore. We will send you a confirmation via email about your payment.
Your item will be prepared and dispatched within 5 working days from the arrival of your payment. This item ships from Hungary, Budapest.

Standard Mail and Priority Mail are letter-mail services, differing only in estimated delivery times. In both cases packages will be delivered directly into your mailbox. Please note that these two services do not include a dispatch note, nor any kind of tracking, registration or insurance. Should your package not arrive because of negligence by the postal service, there are no means to get any information about it, and there is no possibility for any kind of compensation.
Registration can be offered only with Priority Mail, registration fee is 3 $. The service includes a written, detailed note attesting the dispatch, the package will be delivered to your address and requires your signature upon delivery. The service includes an indemnity amount of 30 SDR** in the event of destruction or loss of a mail item. Unfortunately, there is no international online tracking available on letter-mail services. Should your mail not arrive in the estimated delivery time, an inquiry can be started by the sender based on the registration number of the dispatch note.
* Every information, including estimated delivery times is based on the official Postal Tariffs and General Terms and Conditions for Postal Services by the Magyar Posta (Hungarian Postal Service). We do not take any kind of responsibility regarding any delay or deficiency in their service.

We are committed to prepare, print, package and dispatch your item with utmost care, according to the detailed conditions you find described on our site.
Please note that based on the Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) 29.§ (1) c) issued in accordance with the Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights the item we provide falls under exceptions from the consumer’s right of withdrawal.
By the nature of the item we provide every item has to be custom-made. A personalized item cannot be sold to another customer, so we cannot accept any returns based on the sole reason that you have changed your mind.
Therefore, unfortunately we are only able to offer you a compensation based on complaints regarding printing quality (please read conditions carefully here), in case your item arrives damaged on our fault (please read about packaging here), or if your item were prepared based on wrong data because of our negligence.
If you have any complaint please email us within 14 days from the day following delivery of your order with the detailed description of your issues. In the case of faulty or damaged items if you don’t inform us within 14 days of delivery of the item we will deem you to have accepted it and will not accept any claims.
Should you have complaints about printing flaws, please make a close-up photograph or a high-resolution scan showing the imperfections of the print, and send us with your claim. If we by any chance had done a mistake and prepared your item with different data than what we confirmed in our email, please inform us immediately. We check and examine every print thoroughly before dispatching, but in case we had overlooked something we will send you a new print on our cost.
Should your order arrive in a damaged package, please do not open it before taking photographs showing the damage, and keep all wrapping. If you ordered your item registered, the delivery person is required to take an official record of your claim. If after opening the package you find the item also damaged, please make detailed photos, and send us all the photographs and a copy of the official record with your claim.
If the damage proves to be caused by our carelessness we will compensate you by sending a new print on our cost. If the damage were caused by negligent postal service we will do everything to assist you to prove your claim and get compensation. However, please note that a possible compensation can strongly be limited by the conditions of the type of delivery service you have chosen.
On our site you can place an order without registration. However, for us to be able to fulfill a commission you need to provide personal information (name, shipping/billing address, email address), and a time&place data for preparing your item. All your information will be handled in accordance with the Act CXII/2011 on the right of informational self-determination and freedom of information. Your data will only be accessed and used to fulfill the commission. We do not share your personal data with third parties.
All website content is our property and is protected by international copyright laws. The purchase of a product does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the product.
No permission is given by us in respect of the reproduction or use for commercial or private purposes of any designs and other material shown on or connected with our website in which intellectual property rights subsist. Any unauthorized use is prohibited and is subject to prosecution.
Regarding any issue and/or general terms of our contract uncovered in ‘Terms and Conditions’ Hungarian laws and regulations are valid.
By visiting this website you agree that any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us relating to the use of this website shall be primarily discussed in amicable way.
If we reject your complaint you may apply to Budapesti Békéltető Testület (Budapest Conciliation Board).
